摘要
用轮回式部分双列杂交法对10个大麦品种(系)的7个主要经济性状进行了配合力分析研究。结果表明,剑叶面积、穗下节间长度百分比、粒重、有效穗数、产量这5个性状是可以遗传的,并且以基因的加性效应为主。穗下节间长度百分比、粒重、有效穗数适宜在杂种早期世代选择,剑叶面积适宜在杂种后期世代选择,产量则进行间接选择较好。
With circulant partial diallel crossing, the combining ability and heritability of seven yield traits in barley were studied. The results indicate that sword-leaf dimension, length percentage of the rod below ear, kernel weight, number of valid spikelets and yield show additive effects of inheritance. Length percentage of the rod below ear, kernel weight, number of valid spikelets can be selected at early generation. Sword-leaf dimension can be selected at late generation. Indirect selection for yield is better.
