摘要
制造信息差 (DMI)是一种二次生成的信息 ,是制造系统中最普通、最常见的信息现象之一。从支持制造系统有效运作的角度阐述了DMI的性质和作用。列举了DMI的主要性质 ,给出了数值型、确定型和概率型制造信息的表述及其DMI的求算方法。指出制造系统组元间存在DMI是组元间存在合理的制造信息流的必要信息条件 ,它决定了合理信息流的方向和内容。阐述了动态存在于制造系统中的DMI是保证制造系统有效运作的必要信息条件之一。讨论了制造信息的三种递减性 ,列举了主要的抗制造信息递减的措施。
Difference of manufacturing information(DMI)is a kind of secondary generated information and is the most popular and common information phenomenon in manufacturing systems. The nature and function of DMI were explained from the angle of supporting effective operation of the manufacturing systems. Main natures of DMI were listed. Expressions and computation methods of DMI for digital, definite and probabilistic manufacturing information were given. It is pointed out that the existence of DMI among consisting elements of a manufacturing system is the necessary condition for the existence of rational information flows among them, and the rational direction and content of information flow are determined by the corresponding DMI. DMI dynamically existed in manufacturing systems is one of the necessary information condition for assuring the effective operation of manufacturing systems. Three kinds of degradation for manufacturing information were discussed. Main approaches for resisting the degradation were listed.
