Production and Market of Wrought Aluminum Products in China

对中国近几年来铝工业的发展概况作了全面的介绍。截止2003年底,中国热轧生产能力1700 kt/a,双辊式铸轧带坯生产能力1400 kt/a,四辊及六辊冷轧机生产能力2500 kt/a,二辊板材冷轧机生产能力约600 kt/a,铝箔生产能力约530 kt/a,挤压铝材生产能力超过3800 kt/a,管材生产能力约120 kt/a,线材生产能力约1500 kt/a,锻件生产能匀约30 kt/a。2003年轧制材产量1137 kt,消费量1480 kt;挤压材产量2199 kt,消费量1980 kt。中国是一个轧制铝材净进口国,这种局面至少将延续到2010年;中国是一个挤压材、管材、线材净出口国,出口量会逐年增加。

In this report,the general development situation of China's aluminum industry is outlined.By the end of 2003,the production capacities of wrought aluminum products in China are:hot rolled strip stock 1 700 kt/a;twin roll cast strip stock 1 400 kt/a;cold rolled strip by 4 and 6 high cold rolling mills 2 500 kt/a;cold rolled strip by 2 high cold rolling mills 600 kt/a;aluminum foil 530 kt/a;extruded profile over 3 800 kt/a;tube 120 kt/a;wire 1 500 kt/a;forged products 30 kt/a.In 2003,the production of rolled products is 1 137 kt. consumption 1 480 kt/a;the production of extruded profile 2 199 kt/a.consumption 1 980 kt/a.Nowadays,China is a net import country in the field of rolled products,and a net export country in the field of extruded products,tubes and wires.
