摘要
研究了人工授粉条件下 6个遗传背景差异较大、纯合度高的陆地棉亲本的异交亲合力及杂交铃主要性状差异。结果表明 ,不同基因型间的异交亲和力差异很大 ,杂交成铃率在41 4%~ 83 8%之间 ,平均杂交种产量 1 2 2 5 5~ 2 2 5 7 5kg/hm2 ;杂交铃与其母本自交铃相比 ,铃重降低幅度 1 61 %~ 2 0 75 % ;衣分降低 7 1 4%~ 1 0 62 % ;籽指提高 2 86%~8 33%。指出棉花杂交种筛选应在确保杂种优势的前提下 ,进一步加强亲本的异交亲和力及杂交铃主要性状选择 ,最大限度提高杂交制种产量和质量 ,降低制种成本。
With 6 different genetic background and high pure upland cotton lines as female parents,the variation of allogamous affinity and main traits of hybrid boll were analyzed under assisted pollination. The results showed that the allogamous affinity was greatly different among different genotypes; the boll ratio of hybridized combination was 41.4%~ 83.8%,the average seeds yield was 1225.5~2257.5 kg/hm2;Comparing with selfed boll of female parent,the weight of hybrid boll declined 1.61%~20.75%,lint percentage declined 7.14%~10.62%,seed index increased 2.86%~8.33%.Therefore,the hybridized combinations of upland cotton were screened by hybrid vigor first,as well as high allogamous affinity and main traits of hybrid boll to increase the seeds yield and quality for expanding the acreage of hybrid cotton.
