摘要
研究分析了不同施硒量对常夏石竹耐盐突变体生理指标的影响。结果表明 :在培养基中加施适量外源硒 ,能显著提高常夏石竹 (Dianthusplumarius)耐盐突变体生物量、POD活性以及K+/Na+、K+、Na+绝对含量和叶绿素及游离脯氨酸含量 ;质膜透性、可溶性糖含量降低。施硒使常夏石竹耐盐突变体叶绿体体积、形状及排列方式发生明显改变 ;叶绿体被膜、线粒体结构有所改善 ;细胞碎片减少 ;叶绿体与线粒体更加靠近。
Adding selenium in MS medium could significantly enhance the biomass,proline,POD activity,ratio of K+and Na+,absolute content of K + and Na+,white the cell memberane permeability and soluble sugar deceased in salt-tolerant Dianthus plumarius variants. The varaints showed the same characteristics as common halophytes: the cell memberane system was indistinct,thylakoids swelled and the number of grana lamellae reduced;the endoplasmic retichla were around the vacuoles inside which there were some decomposed cell pieces. After adding selenium the voloume,shape,arranging-pattern of chloroplasts were changed in the variants; the structure of memberane system was improved,chloroplasts were closer to the mitochondria than that without adding selenium,and the quantity of pieces in cells decreased.
