摘要
以钴系统萃取槽和分离槽为研究对象,重点论述了料液、有机液、硫酸镍液、洗钴酸、洗镍酸等参数的监测和控制方法;开发和研制了适应工艺变化的配料系统;并且实现萃取生产加料、萃取、皂化、配酸等过程的自动化。
Materiel liquid,organic matter,NiSO4,washing acid,washing nickel acid etc parameter's measure and control method,according to cobalt extraction system (P2O4) and cobalt segregator (P5O7) is mainly introduced.The exploiting and designing ratio control system for adapting cobalt extraction techniques is also described.Process automation for feeding,extraction,saponification,and acid mixed are realized.
