摘要
提出了测试开口闪点测定仪油杯中闪火存在时间的1种装置,对几种标样和油样进行了测试,得出了闪点高的试样火焰存在时间较短的结论。并对几种常用的闪火火焰检测方法作了实验比较,提出了将光电二极管作为传感器直接置于油杯上方的新方案,初步实验结果表明:新方案电路简单,失误率低,有较高的应用价值。
An instrument,which determines the time of existence of the flames in the oil cup of the open flash point determination apparatus,is proposed.A few kinds of standard samples and oil samples are tested.On the basis of experiment,we draw the conclusion that the sampled flames with higher flash point exist shorter time.After comparing some experimental methods,which are often wed for determining the flames,a new program that photodiode can be directly put on the oil cup as a sensor is proposed.Preliminary experimental results show that the circuit in this program is simple with few mistakes and higher applied value.
