摘要
光纤光栅是一种新型的无源光子器件,可用来精确感测纳米量级的微小应变和温度等多种物理量,在光传感领域发挥着重要作用.简要说明了光纤光栅传感器的基本原理,详细介绍了笔者近年来在信号解调、传感头的封装和光纤光栅的复用等关键技术研究上的进展,讨论了光纤光栅传感器在进一步实用化和商品化过程中需要解决的技术问题,并对其应用前景做了展望.
Optical fiber grating is a new - style photonic device, which is applied in sensing and measurement of various pa rameters such as strain and temperature. In this paper, progress in key techniqu es of fiber grating sensing is introduced, including signal demodulation, packag e of sensing head and multiplexing techniques. As a result of the improvements, fiber grating sensors have been applied in health monitoring of large-scale arc hitectures and have a promising prospect.
