摘要 制得了以丙烯酸盐为主体的吸水性树脂 (SAR)用作油田调剖剂 .它是采用水溶液聚合法 ,以丙烯酸 (AA) ,丙烯酰胺 (AM)为反应单体 ,以N ,N -亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂 ,并加入聚乙烯醇(PVA) ,在 6 0℃下以过硫酸铵 /亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂制备而成的 ,并通过正交设计得到了最佳的反应条件 :w (交联剂 ) =0 .0 75 % ,m (PVA)∶m (AA) =0 .1,中和度 (KOH) =90 % ,w (单体 ) =4 0 % ,n (AM)∶n (AA) =7∶5 0 ,w (引发剂 ) =0 .3% ;SAR在 90℃水中加热 2 4h的吸水量 (76 0mL/g)约为 2 5℃ (4 5 0mL/g)下吸水量的两倍 ;AA与PVA发生酯化交联 ,PVA的羟基酯化率可达 2 3.3% ;实验室模拟实验表明 :当SAR用量超过人工岩心质量的 0 .0 6 2 5 %时 ,SAR堵水率达到 95 %以上 ,堵油率则低于 4 % 。 Super absorbent resin(SAR),mainly consisting of polyacrylate,is a kind of oil displacement profile control agent.In this paper,SAR was prepared by copolymerizing partly neutralized acrylic acid(AA),acrylamide(AM) and polyvinyl acohol(PVA),and N,N-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent with ammonium persulfate-sodium/hydrogen sulfite as initiator in water solution polymerization at 60 ℃. By orthogonal design,the reaction conditions were optimized: w(crosslinking agent)=0.075 %, m(PVA)∶m(AA)=0.1, neutralized degree(KOH)=90 %, w(monomer)=40 %, n(AM)∶n(AA)=7∶50, w(initior)=0.3 %; The water absorbency of the SAR can reach from 430 mL/g at 25 ℃ to 760 mL/g at 90 ℃, it was about two times of the absorbency of the former. When PVA esterified with AA, the extent of modification reached 23.3 %. The simulation experiment of lab showed:when the mass of SAR was more 0.062 5 % than that of artificial core, the plugging ratio for water was more than 95 % and the plugging ratio for kerosene was less than 4 %, so the properties of SAR for plugging water/kerosene can meet basically the requirment of profile controlling agent in oil field
