摘要
生物质热解是未来最有前途的可再生能源形式之一,为优化参数和改进设备,在不同升温速率下对糠醛渣的热解特性进行热重分析实验研究。实验采用美国Perkin Elmer公司生产的Pyris 1TGA热重分析仪,载气为纯度99.9%的氮气。结果表明糠醛渣热解随温度升高具有阶段性,表现了糠醛渣热解的复杂性。通过对不同升温速率下的失重曲线对比表明,升温速率对热解失重有显著影响。最后根据实验数据建立了热解动力学模型,分别用积分法和微分法对热解动力学参数进行求解。
The thermogravimetric analysis experiments of furfural residues were carried out at different heating rates under high purify N2 using Pyris 1 TGA made in Perkin Elmer Company. The result showed furfural residues pyrolysis process has distinct phases as temperature increase, which represented the complexity of furfural residues pyrolysis. The comparison of weightless curve at different heating rates, which has important effect on pyrolysis process. On the basis of experimental data, a pyrolysis kinetics model was proposed and the kinetics parameters of furfural residues pyrolysis were obtained by integral method and differential method.
