神经外科进修医师临床教学方法初探 被引量:8

摘要 结合多年来在三级甲等综合医院神经外科带教进修医师的教学经验 ,初步探讨分析了神经外科进修医生的群体特点 ,以及他们所期望的带教老师应具备的品质和能力特征 ,认为以下方面 ,对提高神经外科进修医生的教学水平极为有益 :1)重视临床神经解剖学的教学 ;2 )训练空间想象和空间记忆能力 ;3)启迪辩证的临床思维模式 ;4 )提倡目标性教学或问题式教学 ;5 )鼓励学员积极参与日常医疗管理 ;6 )培养规避医疗纠纷的能力 ;7)加强医德医风建设。进修人员的科学教学和管理 ,对教学医院把握医疗质量、维护自身品牌 。 Based on the teaching experiences for advanced neurosurgeons for many years in large comprehensive hospital, the author analyzed primarily the group personality of advanced neurosurgeons and the characteristics of personality and ability they expected of their teachers. The author concludes that the following aspects will be valuable in enhancing the teaching level for advanced neurosurgeons:Ⅰ. Emphasizing the teaching of clinical neuroanatomy; Ⅱ. Training space imagination and space memory; Ⅲ. Developing clinical model of dialectical thinking; Ⅳ. Encouraging teaching methods with target or problem; Ⅴ. Arranging advanced neurosurgeons participating in routine medical management; Ⅵ. Training ability of avoiding medical disputes; Ⅶ. Strengthening education of medical ethics. It is suggested that scientific teaching and management for advanced neurosurgeons is very important in hospital education for benefiting medical services and maintaining the hospital's brand.
