论竞合观念与分享策略 被引量:1

摘要 “竞合”观念是一种全新的思维模式和科学发展观。该文首先分析了目前我国企业竞争、合作的实质及不足,其次分析了竞争与合作的对立统一关系,然后提出了树立竞合观念,从市场分享、利润分享、渠道分享、经营模式分享、品牌分享等九大方面进行双赢竞争的策略。
