新城疫病毒F基因与传染性喉气管炎病毒gB基因重组鸡痘病毒免疫保护产生时间的测定 被引量:1

摘要 为了检测表达鸡传染性喉气管炎病毒糖蛋白gB基因和新城疫病毒F基因的重组鸡痘病毒(rFPV gB F)的免疫产生期,将60只30日龄SPF鸡随机分为6组,以5d为间隔在试验开始第0、5、10、15、20d时选取10只进行免疫,经翅内侧皮下注射接种1000PFUrFPV gB F,另外的10只作为对照。在第1组免疫后的第25d,将不同日龄免疫组和对照组试验鸡再随机分为2组,分别用传染性喉气管炎病毒WG株和新城疫病毒F48E9株强毒攻击。结果表明,在rFPV gB F免疫接种后第10d时,可以诱发抗gB的抗体,保护免疫鸡抵抗传染性喉气管炎病毒WG株强毒和新城疫强毒的攻击。由此确定,rFPV gB F免疫产生的时间是接种后第10d。 Sixty 30-day-old SPF chickens were divided into 6 groups, and at 5 days interval, they were inoculated with 1 000 PFU recombinant fowl poxvirus expressing glycoprotein B (gB)gene of infectious larngotracheitis virus(ILTV) and F gene of Newcastle disease virus(NDV) under the wing web. The chickens were divided into two groups and challenged with ILTV Wanggang strain and NDV (F48E9) on day 25 after first group being inoculated respectively. Onset of protection was induced on day 10 based on the clinic symptom of ILTVand survival rate of NDV, and gB antibody to ILTV was positive. All the (results) laid the foundation for further (evaluating) efficiency of the recombinant virus.
