摘要
高等教育投资不足、高等教育需求膨胀和教育资源配置浪费的合力造成了高等教育投资的短缺.解决高等教育投资短缺涉及许多方面的问题,其中有两个亟需解决的问题:一是改革教育投资管理体制,建立多元化投资模式;二是优化资源配置,提高高等教育办学效益.
The higher education investment insufficiency and the higher education demand inflation has created the higher education investment shortage with joint forces. The solution of higher education short involves many aspects,two urgent probems in those aspecfs are follows:Firstly,we should reform the education investment management system,establish the multi-investment mode;Secondly,we should optimize resources disposition,enhance the higher education benefit.
