摘要
介绍了硒的免疫作用机制及在呼吸系统感染性疾病防治中的作用。硒是一种重要的人体必需微量元素。适量的硒可增强细胞免疫、体液免疫及非特异免疫功能 ,缺硒会损害免疫系统的功能 。
A review with 17 references is given on the biological function of selenium and the mechanism in the immunity function of selenium,and the effects of selenium on prevention and cure of infection diseases in respirtory system.Selenium is an important trace element for human health.The supplement of a moderate amount of selenium can strengthen the cellular immunity,humoral immunity and nonspecific immunity.Lack of selenium will impair the function of immune system.There are many report about the function of selenium on infection of prevention and therapies in respirtory system.
