Development of American modern leasing industry and its enlightenment on China

随着我国资本市场的逐渐成熟,各种融资方式各显其能,银行信贷、债券、股票、基金等都有自己的一席之地,而作为5大金融支柱(银行、证券、保险、信托和租赁)之一的租赁业却难觅寻踪。现代融资租赁把金融、贸易和技术更新结合起来,对各方当事人以及宏观经济的调节都具有重要意义,因此作为一个成熟的资本市场它是不可或缺的,我们应该借鉴他人的成功经验,结合我国的金融实际,大力发展现代融资租赁业。

With the developing of China's capital market, all financing methods such as bank credit and loan, debenture, stock and fund are developing rapidly, but leasing industry as one of five financial pillars lags behind. Modern leasing industry, which is combined with finance, trade and technology, is of significance to adjustment of all parties and macro-economy. As a result, in a ripe capital market, leasing industry should be developed. We should learn from other's experience to develop leasing industry according to China's financial facts.
