Rational analysis of endurance of crime

在人类历史的发展历程中,犯罪一直是一个经久不衰的问题,历代统治者也无不为犯罪这一文明社会的痼疾所困扰。时至今日,人类也尚未找到医治这一顽疾的妙方,因此如何理智地对待犯罪便显得尤为重要。鉴于此,笔者拟从人类社会发展的终极目标出发,从效益的角度透视犯罪预防,提出承受犯罪是我们理性地对待犯罪的重要一面。

In the history of man development, crime has been a problem for all rulers to be bothered. Up to now, man has not found a best way to control the crime and it is important for people to treat crime reasonably. So the author points out that it is important to treat crime reasonably from the goal of human social development and efficient prevention of crime.
