试论WTO形势下公共教育政策的调整

On adjustment of public education policy under WTO situation

我国加入世界贸易组织,给教育事业带来了机遇和挑战,教育的任务也更加艰巨。面对新的形势,我国的教育政策必须从宏观上作调整,从政策上继续加大各级政府财政对教育的投入力度;加大政府职能转变的力度;放开对教育的计划控制;加强对民办教育的政策扶持;从宏观政策上引导支持各类教育,全面提高教育的质量和效益。

China's WTO entry brings opportunities and challenges to education and the education task is harder. Under new situation, China's macro-education policy must be adjusted and enlarge all governmental investment to education and governmental duty must be changed. We should give free rein to education and consolidate the supply to private education and supply all education in macro-policy and raise quality and efficiency of education.
