中国第三产业内部就业结构变动趋势分析

An Analysis on the Changing Trends of Tertiary Industry's Internal Employment Structure in China

利用回归分析对我国1990年代以来第三产业内部各层次占第三产业与全社会就业人员比重的有关数据进行研究可得出结论:第三产业内部四个层次中第一层次占第三产业就业比重与其相应产值比重正相关、第二层次正相关、第三层次负相关、第四层次负相关。通过比较发现:第一层次占第三产业的就业比重存在饱和点;第三层次行业部门发展具有滞后性;社会服务业、批发零售贸易餐饮业和"其他行业"是第三产业吸纳就业的主要力量。金融保险业、房地产业、社会服务业是我国第三产业就业发展的主要方向。

By means of regression analysis on relative data since 1990s, this article reaches a conclusion about the respective employment percentage relation between the four layers within the tertiary industry and the industry as a whole. And it also presents the following points through contrastive study:there is saturation point in the percentage of the first layer in tertiary industry;the development of administration in tertiary industry lays behind;social service,wholesale retail business,restaurant industry and 'other industries'are the main forces of employment absorption.Finance,insurance,real estate and social service are the main trends of employment development of tertiary industry.
