网络经济发展中的伦理问题研究综述

A Summary of Researches on Ethical Problems in the Course of Internet Economy Development

网络经济在推动社会经济发展的同时,也带来了一系列的伦理难题。针对网络经济发展中的伦理问题,学者们从不同的视角分析了网络经济发展所引发的伦理危机,主要表现为个人隐私保护的危机、知识产权保护的危机、信息资源共享的危机以及网络社会信用的危机;提出了网络经济发展所应遵循的伦理原则,主要有无害原则、知情同意原则、自觉原则以及诚实守信原则;探讨了网络经济发展的伦理方向,主要集中在加强网络经济的伦理建设以及建构适应网络经济的伦理文化等方面。

Internet economy drives social economy, but it also brings a series of ethical puzzles. Aiming at the problems in the course of internet economy development,scholars analyze the ethical crises resulting from internet economy from different angles of view. This paper puts forward the ethical principles followed by internet economy development, and probes into the ethical orientations of internet economy development.
