摘要
现代企业家应该是一种企业家团队制度。建设现代企业家团队制度必须建立三大机制,即有利于企业家团队制度形成的企业产权均衡机制,有利于企业家团队制度发展的企业经营者群集机制,有利于企业家团队制度稳定的企业家团队制度文化机制。
Modern entrepreneur should enjoy an entrepreneur team system. To construct such a system, three mechanisms should be established. There are enterprise property right balance mechanism, enterprise managing group mechanism, and cultural mechanism of entrepreneur team system, which, respectively, contribute to the forming, developing and stabilizing of entrepreneur team system.
