摘要
终身雇佣制、年功序列工资制、企业内部工会是构成日本企业人力资源管理模式的三大支柱,它充分体现了以人为本的管理理念,对其战后经济的崛起发挥了重要作用。但日本泡沫经济崩溃后长期的经济低迷和1990年代以来以美国为代表的高科技产业的发展,使这种管理模式受到严峻挑战,改革现有的人力资源管理模式已经成为日本企业摆脱困境、调整结构不可回避的问题。
Life employment, yearly contribution sequence payment and inside-enterprise union are the three pillars of human resources management pattern in Japanese enterprises. It embodies the humanistic concept and plays an important role in the post-war economic rise. But the long depression after the collapse of bubbling economy in Japan and the development of high-tech industries in U.S. since 1990 challenge this pattern. It has become an urgent problem to reform the present human resources management pattern.
