要造就一支学科结构合理、数量适当、富有活力的高素质、专业化的中小学教师队伍,首先应对中小学教师队伍现状有一个准确的掌握。本文是对陕西省中小学教师队伍现状进行全面调研的报告,并就中小学教师队伍建设问题提出了若干建议。

To build up a professional and appropriately sized troop of primary and secondary school teachers with a reasonable discipline structure, full of vitality and of high quality, first we need to have an accurate understanding of the current situation of the teaching staff in primary and secondary schools. This paper is prepared on the basis of a comprehensive survey of the current situation of the teaching staff in primary and secondary schools in Shaanxi province. Some suggestions regarding the speeding up of construction of the teaching troop are given.
