摘要
本文从以德治国是新形势的要求出发 ,分析认识高校思想道德建设所面临的形势和存在的问题 ,提出当前加强高校思想道德建设应做的工作。
The paper proceeds from the new situation of administering a country by benevolent rule, analyses as well as recognizes the institutions and problems of the morals improvement in the institutions of higher education and puts forward the work should be done.
