工资等级制度是工资制度的基础。正确的规定工资等级制度 ,是合理组织工资分配的基本方面。妥善处理工资改革带来的新情况、新问题 ,以实现新旧基本工资制度的平稳过渡 ,确保改革的稳定进行。
The social estate system of the salary is a foundation of the wage system. Correct setting wage social estate system is the basic respect of organizing the salary assign rationally. In order to realize the smooth transition between new basic wage system and the old one, and guarantee the stability during the reform, we must deal carefully with the new things and new problems in the salary revision.
