简述了现有机场飞机噪声主要评价量的优缺点 ,重点对飞机噪声对不同人群的影响作了探讨 ,建立了考虑飞机噪声对不同人群影响后的评价公式 ,同时为确定人群影响修正系数 ,将不同人群划分为 5个年龄段 ,按目标层 ,准则层 ,指标层 3层划分建立了对不同人群影响的评价指标体系 。

The paper briefly expatiated the advantages and disadvantages of the existing aircraft noise's main evaluation measure,discussed the aircraft noise's influence on different group,and established evaluation formulae after considering the aircraft noise's influence to different group.At the same time,in order to get group influence modifying coefficient,the group is devided into five year stages.Based on the three layers,i.e.,object,guideline,and index,evaluation index system of influence on different groups is established.And through establishing two to two judgment matrix and quoting real example Statistical figures,a theoretical reference value is calculated.
