早期乳腺癌的保乳手术治疗

Breast-conserving surgery for treatment of early breast cancer

摘要 目的　探讨早期乳腺癌保乳治疗的方法和疗效。　方法　回顾性分析 2 8例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期原发性乳腺癌 ,行局部广泛切除并腋淋巴结清扫及综合治疗的保乳治疗资料。　结果　经随访 2～ 6 9个月 (中位随访期为 2 8个月 ) ,无局部复发、远处转移和死亡病例。对术后满 1年的 2 0例行保留乳房外观效果评定 ,优良率为 80 %。　结论　早期乳腺癌实施保乳治疗的近期疗效满意 。
