摘要
对Cr5冷轧工作辊出现的超声波探伤缺陷进行解剖分析 ,结果显示造成轧辊超声波探伤缺陷的原因是轧辊内部存在夹渣物。
This paper has analyzed the defects of Cr5 cold work rolls detected by ultrasonic flaw detector, the results of which shows that the reason of the defect for the roll was caused by the inclusions inside rolls.
