催化动力学光度法测定相纸中银

Determination of Silver in Photographical Paper by Catalytic Kinetic Spectrophotometry Method

建立了以银催化过硫酸钾氧化孔雀绿褪色的动力学光度法测定痕量银的新方法.实验确定了反应最佳条件,研究了动力学参数.该方法线性范围20～180μg/L.对40μg/LAg(Ⅰ)测定的相对标准偏差为1.7%(n=11).应用黑白相纸中银的测定,相对标准偏差为1.1%～1.6%,回收率为:97.7%～98.2%.

A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method has been established for the determination of trace silver,The method is based on the catalytic effect of Ag(Ⅰ) on the oxidational discoloration of malachite green with K_2S_2O_(8)as activator. The conditions of kinetics has been studied. The determination range is 20～180 μg/L. The relative standard deviation for 40 μg/L of Ag(Ⅰ) is 1.7%(n=11). The method has been used to determine silver in photographical paper samples with the RSD of 1.1%～1.6% and the recovery of 97.7%～98.2%.
