摘要
通过试验和理论相结合的方法,对非线性金属丝网减振器进行研究分析,建立了一种基于工程实践应用的减振器非线性数学模型,以此来描述迟滞非线性系统的动态特性.试验表明:在周期激励作用下,非线性金属丝网减振器的迟滞回线不仅与振幅有关,还与频率有关.通过对金属丝网减振器工作机理的分析,将减振器的恢复力分解为弹性力和阻尼力两部分.结果表明,该模型能很好地描述这类非线性迟滞系统的动态特性,为工程应用提供了理论基础.
Experimental and theoretical studies on a nonlinear metal-net vibration absorber have been done. A practical mathematic model for the absorber is established. A nonlinear model is proposed, which describes the dynamic characteristics. Experiment shows that under steady periodic excitation, the dynamic hysteretic loops of the nonlinear metal-net vibration absorber depend on not only the vibration level, but also the vibration frequency. The resilience of the vibration absorber can be divided into two parts: the spring force and the damp force, through the analyzing of the work mechanism. The results show that the model captures the nonlinear hysteretic system quite accurately , and provide a theoretical base for engineering application.
