柴油机活塞环油膜厚度的计算研究

摘要 通过计算的方法研究了发动机中重要的摩擦副之一的缸套与活塞环间的油膜厚度及润滑油流量特性;开发了考虑表面形貌影响的平均雷诺方程编制的油膜厚度与润滑油流量的计算程序(考虑了油的粘温效应,粘压效应和挤压效应,缸套的弹性变形等因素).以150HB发动机为研究对象,分析了接触表面形貌、曲轴转速、气体爆发压力及活塞环形状对活塞环油膜厚度的影响. Along with the improvement of engines performance, the working conditions of vat and piston ring become more rigorous. In this paper, the oil thickness and friction between the vat and piston ring are calculated. Using the average Renolds equation considering the surface facial looks effects, calculating program is developed. Taking the 150HB engine as an example, the thickness of the piston rings film and lubricating oil flux are calculated and the effects due to the surface facial look, the rotation speed of crankshaft, gas press and the shape of piston ring are analyzed.
