摘要
近年来,高分子材料在新药开发领域发挥着日益重要的作用。概述了高分子在药物控释体系中的应用以及高分子载体药物的特点、合成原则、分类等,重点介绍了目前研究比较热门的可生物降解高分子载体、高分子纳米药物载体和高分子基因载体。
Recently the medical high polymer material plays an important role in new medicament research.This thesis has summed up the characteristics of medicine high polymer carrier, classifitation and the principle of synthesis. The degradative high polymer carrier used in the body, nanometer medicine carrier of high polymerm and high polymer gene carrier have been introduced in this paper.
