摘要 为了提高水仙的观赏价值,用四种植物生长调节剂(高效唑、多效唑、矮壮素、比久)对水仙植株进行处理,结果表明:不同种类的调节剂对水仙花的矮化效果不同,其中高效唑和多效唑作用效果明显好于其他两种;同一调节剂则因处理浓度不同矮化效果存在显著差异,高效唑与多效唑处理水仙花的适宜浓度均为100mg/L,300mg/L的矮壮素和比久也可以达到理想的矮化作用;生长调节剂对水仙花的始花期显著延迟作用,延迟的天数从6天到19天不等,且不同调节剂与水仙花的开花时间有显著的相关性。 This paper studies the effects of four kinds of plant growth regulators with different concentrations in Narcissus,which are PP_(333)、S3307、CCC and B_9 respectively. The results show that the height of Narcissus treated with certain concentration regulators can be dropped. The scapes of flower are shorter. And the leaves become smaller. Among the four regulators, the effects of PP_(333) and S3307 are better than the other two,although CCC and B_9 also have obvious activities to leaves and scapes.Not all of the four regulators show significant relationship with root length. The best concentration of PP_(333) and S3307 is 100 mg/L, and 300mg/L are suitable for the other two. At the same time, the flowering dates are all later for Narcissus treated than the control to a certain extent, and the range delayed is from 2 days to 19 days. The correlation analysis finds that there is significant correlation between the flowering dates and the concentrations of regulators. And the ornament value is higher for the compact、straight and coordinate plant got using different regulators.
