摘要
在目前项目管理研究中,分析人员和管理人员使用的工具主要是PERT/CPM,而现实中项目的进度、资源、成本和质量的平衡是一项相当复杂的系统工程,而且当项目中的事件数目增加时,用手工得出项目管理综合平衡的最优解几乎是不可能的。如果用仿真模拟技术对项目管理的过程进行模拟,就可以很好地解决该问题。
While most analysts and managers use PERT/CPM in their project management analysis, the balancing of progress, resources, cost and quality of a project is rather complicated system engineering. Worse still, as the number of events in a project increases, it will become impossible to attain integral balance of the project management solely through manpower. Analogue simulation can very well be applied to project management and serve the purpose well.
