摘要
对沙棘叶中黄酮类有效成分的提取条件进行了优化 ,建立了高效液相色谱测定方法 ,确定了水解后样品中甙元含量换算成总黄酮甙含量的转换因子r =2 0 3。
In this paper, the extract condition for flavone active component in seabuckthorn leaves was optimized and the HPLC determination method was also established.In addition, the conversion factor that was the constant of calculating the total content of flavone after hydrolyzing of the sample solution was found as 2 03.
