摘要
为满足某新型战斗部的要求 ,基于定常理论设计了线型聚能装药切割器。利用紫铜和钢药型罩切割器对不同厚度的钢板进行了切割试验 ,得到了一组切割器参数及相应的切割深度。对实际的与理论计算的切割深度进行了比较 ,结果表明 :装药量较大的线型聚能装药切割器 ,其实际切割深度略大于理论切割深度 ,可以满足某新型战斗部的要求 ;同时表明 ,对于小型切割器 ,利用公式 p =2 ·sinα·L ρj/
In order to meet the demands of new warhead,some linear shaped charge cutters are designed and made on the basis of the stable theory. In cutting experiments,6 types of cutter with red-copper or steel cover are used for cutting the steel plates with varied thickness. A set of the cutter parameters and corresponding cutting depths are obtained through the experiments.The comparison between actual and theoretical cutting depths shows that the linear shaped charge cutters with greater charge mass have slightly large actual cutting depth as compared with theoretical cutting depth, meeting the demands of the warhead, and that use of the expression ~p=2·sinα·Lρ_j/ρ_t) for calculation of the penetration depth is feasible for small-scale cutters.
