摘要
日益增多的城市生活垃圾对生态环境和经济的可持续发展已构成严峻挑战。大型填埋场既能有效提高土地使用效率、降低基建投资和运行成本,也可集中进行污染控制,以及填埋气、封场土地和矿化垃圾的资源化利用。上海老港填埋场的实践表明:在统筹规划、合理选址和规范运行的条件下,大型填埋场不仅可规避二次污染,还可获得较好的经济和生态效益。
An increasing amount of municipal solid waste(MSW) has imposed critical challenges on the ecological environment and sustainable economy. The large MSW Iandfill can not only improve the site service efficiency, decrease capital investment and operating cost, but also centralizedly control secondary pollution, reuse landfill gas, enclosure land and mineralized refuse as well. The application experience in Laogang Landfill (Shanghai) has shown: under the condition of overall planning, reasonable site selection and normative operation, while avoiding secondary pollution, large MSW landfills can acquire better economic and ecological benefits.
