镇江市润州区行政中心规划与建筑设计

On An Administration Center Planning and Design——A Case-study of Runzhou District, Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province

结合镇江市润州区行政中心中标工程设计实践,从总体布局与环境创造、空间的组织、建筑形象的表达这三个方面探讨了政府行政中心设计创作的一般规律和基本手法,提出了政府行政中心的设计理念:从用地及周边环境出发,从城市设计角度出发,结合地域文化环境特征,创造人性化的空间环境,塑造庄重、简洁、开放、亲民的建筑形象。

Based on the planning and design of the administration center of Runzhou District in Zhenjiang city,the authors tend to explore the basic principles and fundamental approaches in designing this cluster of buildings in terms of overall layout and environmental creation, organization of space and expression of structure. Moreover, the ideas for design are suggested: that a solemn-simple-open-modest form and humanized space should be created based on the site, surroundings,urban design perspective, local humanistic environment and so on.
