洗煤生产中存在的问题及改进措施

Problem Exists in Coal Washing and Their Corresponding Remedies

对洗煤生产中存在的洗煤能力与浮选能力、压滤能力不配套的问题进行了分析,从工艺、设备及技术改造方面提出生产合格质量精煤的措施,改造后入洗原煤为105t/h,精煤水分≤15%,精煤的回收率对易选煤达到75%。

The problem of the capacity of coal washing does not match well with the floatation ability and the filterpress ability that exists in coal washing process was analyzed. And corresponding remedies for producing qualified clean coal are proposed in the aspects of process,equipment and technology. After making improvements,the washing capacity is 105 t/h,the moisture content of the fine coal is less than 15% and the recycled ratio is 75% for the easily washed coal.
