利用神经网络的自适应、自学习等特点和模糊系统的人脑性等特点来弥补相互的缺点,使它们结合产生一种基于神经网络的模糊系统,并用该系统提取我国经济增长的模糊规则。

The self-adaption and self-study features of neural networks have been combined with the human (intelligence) characteristic of fuzzy systems to produce a fuzzy system based on neural (networks). The system is used to extract the fuzzy rules from the increase of Chinese economy.
