摘要
“亲亲相隐”是我国古代法制的一项基本原则,它在当代中国的存在仍然有其合理性和必要性。故应对其予以重新分析和审视,实现其在当代法治建设中的创造性转换。
Shielding relatives from punishment is a general practice of laws in ancient China. It still exists with a certain necessity and rationality. Thus, we should survey and analyze it critically and transform it creatively in the law construction.
