Comparative Research on the Growth Patterns in Hi-tech Private Enterprises

企业发展的关键之一在于找到适合自己的发展模式。文章以民营科技企业为研究对象,在对国内外民营科技企业发展模式进行比较研究的基础上,针对我国民营科技企业发展模式中存在的问题提出建议,为我国民营科技企业实现第二次腾飞提供参考。

It is well known that a suitable growth pattern is one of the keys to a company’s growth, especially to a hi-tech private enterprise due to its own distinctive characteristics. In this paper, growth patterns in private enterprises all over the world are researched on a comparative basis, and conclusions are drawn in order to provide some theoretical support for decision makers of Chinese private hi-tech enterprises.
