摘要
"BPR"理论从诞生之日起,就以其思想的先进性和变革的彻底性成为管理理论界和实业界关注的热点。在学校发展过程中,"BPR"理论也可以给办学成功或陷入困境之后的学校提供学校发展的理论指导。在实践中,许多个性鲜明的学校发展策略,客观上是符合"BPR"原理的,寻求学校发展的"BPR"理论,对于提高学校管理的效能和不断超越自我,具有重要的现实意义。
With the advanced ideas and entire revolution, the BPR theory has been born to be the central issue in the field of both industrial and administrative theory. At the same time, it is constructive to schools either failing or successful in running. In reality, much development strategy for schools has conformed with the BPR theory.To realize the continual growing and more efficient running, it is very practical for schools to explore the BPR theory of their own development.
