核心能力是虚拟企业构建的基础,由一系列的"核心能力"为结点组成一个完整的价值链来实现传统企业的所有功能,是虚拟企业的本质所在。虚拟企业的正常运行在于各虚拟企业单元核心能力的无缝连接,即对诸核心能力进行有机整合,构建虚拟企业核心能力链,形成完整的价值链,必然能使虚拟企业具有较强的竞争优势。在对虚拟企业核心能力整合的内涵及影响因素的研究基础上,对如何有效整合虚拟企业的核心能力进行了探讨。

Core-competence is the foundation of virtual enterprise structure,made up of a series of 'core-competence' as the joint one intact value chain,which has all function of traditional enterprise.Normal running of virtual enterprise lies in every virtual enterprise unit's core-competence combination,namely,integrating all unit's core-competence,constructing the core-competence chain of virtual enterprise and forming the intact value chain,which will make the virtual enterprise strongly competitive.On the foundation of studying the integration of virtual enterprise's core-competence and the influence factor of integration,how to integrate the virtual enterprise's core-competence is discussed.
