现今,我国公司法明确规定了股东的出资方式,但笔者认为应拓宽股东出资渠道。本文试就股东用人力出资的可行性和必然性进行探讨,为公司法的进一步完善提供参考。

In China now, the Firm Law has stipulated the investing methods. But the writer believes more methods should be added to them. The article discusses the feasibility and inevitability of a new way: human capital. It will provide reference for the perfection of Firm Law.
