摘要
高等学校内部管理体制的改革涉及许多深层次的矛盾 ,本文从改革主体的选择与不同主体间、改革的功能目标与结构目标、内隐权力结构改革与外显组织模式改革、体制构建的效率原则与弹性原则和学术系统与非学术系统的评价标准等几个关系问题 ,从哲学层面作了深度的反思。
The reform in the internal management system of a higher learning institution involves many complex relationships. This paper reflects from a philosophical perspective on a number of such relationships as between the selection of the reform implementer and various entities, between the reform's functional goals and structural goals, between the reform of the internal power structure and of the outer organizational form, between the principle of system efficiency and the principle of flexibility, and between the evaluation criteria for the academic sector and for the non-academic sector.
