摘要
高效液相色谱法同时测定蔬菜中的硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的方法,与传统的分光光度法比较。本法选择性强,线性范围宽,检测限低,简便快速,便于应用。
An improved HPLC method for simultaneous determination of nitrate and nitrite in vegetables has been presented. It has better selection, wider liner range, lower detection limit, in comparison with the traditional methods, and it is a simple method and easy to master.
