摘要
本文根据长宽ERP(Enterprise Resource Plan)项目的成功实践过程,总结出保证IT项目成功实施的四个重要因素,即:认识、人才、方法论和实践。论文阐述了启动IT项目前从认知到战略、到决策的过程,提出了IT项目的4P(Four kinds of People)人才理论,即项目决策者、项目经理、项目骨干、项目服务商,并说明了对IT项目管理方法论和实践结合的理解,特别指出了项目管理经验、管理技巧、管理制度和管理文化在IT项目实践中的重要作用,以及表明项目成功的两个标志为实施成功和应用成功。
This article introduces a successful implementation process of GWBN ERP project, and it summarizes tour important factors for a successful fulfill to IT projects. The four important factors mentioned in this article include four essentials that are recognitions, people, methodologies and practice. This article describes a procedure from recognizing to strategizing, from strategizing to deciding before launching an IT project. And more, it propounds an original 4P talent theory of IT projects that means decision maker, project manager, key users and consulting provider. It explains deeply a comprehension to the combination between theory and practice in project management as well. Especially, it points out the important values of management experience, management skills, management rules, and management culture during a project practice lifecycle. Finally, it indicates two signs of successful projects that mean implementation success and application success.
