摘要
分离了棉花根周拮抗细菌,并采用平板方法进行了拮抗性筛选,将得到的有较强拮抗作用的分离物进行棉花种子细菌化处理,观察了不同分离物对棉花出苗、成苗的影响.同时试验了抑制棉苗立枯病的效果,得到了三株具有生防潜力的菌株.
The rhizobacteria isolated from rhizosphere of cotton were tested for antagonism to Rhizoctonia solani.With seed bacterization,the antagonists obtained from the initial screening which were tested on effect of cotton emergence and seedling standing in green- house.Also,the effect of rhizobacteria against seedling damping-off caused by R.solani was examined and the three of isolates had potential for controlling seedling damping-off.
