LFA_3对蛋品质的影响

摘要 为评价 LFA_3(降脂添加剂)对产蛋母鸡的影响,以含 LFA_30(对照组),50(Ⅰ组)和100(Ⅱ组)g/kg 日粮饲喂215日龄罗曼蛋鸡8周,检测蛋的品质。结果表明,与对照组相比。Ⅱ组蛋壳重/蛋重、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳密度分别增加14.02%、9.28%和8.41%(P<0.01);蛋白重/蛋重和哈夫单位分别上升1.61%和4.13(P<0.05);蛋黄重及蛋黄重/蛋重分别下降19.92%和9.37%(<0.01)。且胆固醇/蛋黄下降31.5%.提示,LFA_3具有提高蛋壳质量及蛋白和蛋黄品质的作用.本文还就日粮 LFA_3水平与蛋品质的关系进行了探讨. To evaluate the effect of LFA_3(Lower Fat Additive)on egg quality 15 Lohmann laying hens,aged 215 days,were fed diets containing 0(Control Group),50(Group Ⅰ)and 100g LFA_3/kg diet(Group Ⅱ)for 8 weeks.The results showed that,compared with Control Group,shell weight/egg weight,shell thickness,shell density,albumen weight/egg weight and Haugh Unit in Group Ⅱ were increased by 14.02%,9.28%,8.41%,1.61%,and 4.13% respectively,but yolk weight,yolk weight/egg weight and cholesterol/yolk were decreased by 19.92%,9.37%,and 31.5%.These suggested that LFA_3 was useful to enhance egg shell, albumen and yolk quality.The relation between dietary LFA_3 level and egg quality was dis- cussed in the paper.
